SLIPPED DISC
In our spine, a jelly like substance called the intervertebral disc exists in between two vertebral bones. Sometimes, the inner soft layer bulges out from its tough, outer layer. This is called a disc herniation or slipped disc. This can cause pain in your lower back associated with radiation of pain to your legs, tingling sensation or loss of power in your legs.
